1. Eligibility for Refunds:

– We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipment.

– You can opt for a replacement or a refund and it is subject to the availability of the product.

– Please be aware that we have implemented a rigorous 3-layer checking process to prevent any potential damages or oversights on our part. This thorough process is in place to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order before it is shipped to our valued customers. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to uphold the highest standards of quality control throughout every step of the process.

– To be eligible for a refund, the below 3 criteria have to be met:

        i. To qualify for replacements or refunds, we require an unboxing video displaying the damaged product and its original packaging.

      ii. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the courier. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 9036308116.

      iii. Since we do not offer a pick-up service, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to our official address for return.

If these three criteria are not met, your return request will be rejected.

“If a customer has purchased multiple products, only the damaged item will be accepted for return. You will receive a refund or replacement for the damaged item(s) to your original payment method within 30 days from the purchase date. There are no return shipping or handling fees for the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

– Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  – Items purchased during clearance sales

  – Hair accessories 

3. Refund Process:

– Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

4. Return Shipping: (Applicable only for Size exchange) 

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

– When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

– If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a video of the product and packaging as mentioned above in Section 1. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund depending upon the availability of the stock.

6. Exchange Policy:

– We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. The original item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
